Terms And Conditions

You are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions pursuant to which all financial services, asset management, transactions, and offerings via this site are governed.

1. The corporate entity operates under regulated operational authority.
2. The Company provides direct execution services for client positions. Each order placed by a client represents an individual agreement between the client and the Company, and is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be assigned to any third party. Standard public exchanges operate under distinct regulatory frameworks overseeing public market instruments.
3. Prices of equities, commodities, foreign currencies, and market indices can experience significant volatility. Due to market fluctuations, no transaction should be considered guaranteed. The services offered by this site are intended for clients who understand financial risks and are prepared to handle potential loss of invested funds. Maximum potential loss is limited to the total capital allocated by the client.
4. Each client is responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account credentials. All requests executed using valid security details will be considered authorized. You agree to remain fully liable for all activity under your account. The Company assumes no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access, including access by family members or third parties. Clients must ensure that minors are strictly prohibited from accessing trading tools. You remain liable for all transaction settlements and agree to indemnify the Company against costs resulting from unauthorized account usage.
5. The Company is not liable for disruptions resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including governmental actions, technical outages, communication failures, or system maintenance. The Company reserves the right to void or pause pending orders during operational interruptions. Services or positions may be adjusted or cancelled if: • an underlying exchange or liquidity provider halts asset trading, • pricing data errors occur, • positions are executed based on delayed or improper market data, • geopolitical, economic, or market stability issues hinder fair market operations, or • system communications interrupt accurate price determination. In such cases, affected balances will be adjusted, returning unexecuted capital to the client's account.
6. The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate services to any account at its discretion, including situations where: • participation violates local laws or regional regulations, • regulatory authorities request account restriction, • the account poses operational or legal risks to the firm, or • usage breaches these Terms and Conditions.
7. The Company maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing procedures. Clients must comply with identity verification requests. Failure to provide necessary verification documents may result in account suspension or termination. Key AML provisions include: • Accurately completing all identity disclosures during registration. • Providing requested proof of identity (such as government-issued identification or proof of address) prior to processing service requests. • Consenting to standard background and identity validation checks via accredited compliance databases. • Processing fund distributions exclusively to the account holder's originating payment method or bank account. • Maintaining a strict rule of one registered account per individual.
8. The Company may establish standard operational and allocation limits. Upon account creation, default daily volume limits are set at USD/GBP/EUR 25,000. Maximum standard account equity balance is USD/GBP/EUR 30,000, with pending return allocations capped at USD/GBP/EUR 30,000. Upon completion of advanced identity verification, daily allocation limits may be increased up to USD/GBP/EUR 250,000. Clients are required to maintain account balances within approved operational limits through regular withdrawals.
9. Individuals with access to material non-public information or insider market knowledge are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform. By executing transactions, you confirm that: (a) you are legally permitted to participate under your employment terms and applicable industry regulations, (b) you are not violating institutional market rules, (c) you do not possess advance knowledge of non-public market-moving events, (d) all registration details provided are accurate, and (e) you are not currently subject to insolvency proceedings.
10. Asset pricing: Market quotations displayed on this platform reflect real-time data aggregated from major market venues, liquidity providers, and financial exchanges. Displayed prices represent fair market valuations calculated through volume-weighted data streams. Transaction settlements are determined strictly using official platform prices, with complete transaction histories accessible through account records.
11. Execution: Capital allocated for each transaction is deducted from the account balance upon order placement. Realized returns are credited to the balance upon transaction completion. Execution rates reflect fair market pricing recorded by transaction servers at the time of order confirmation. For instruments utilizing spread pricing, settlement valuations are calculated using standard mid-market midpoints.
12. Returns: Variable yields apply across supported financial assets based on market conditions and selected strategies, with active return rates clearly indicated prior to transaction execution.
13. Order Cutoff Times: New order entry becomes restricted during designated pre-expiry window periods as indicated by platform interfaces. Orders submitted after a cutoff window will automatically apply to the subsequent execution cycle.
14. Successful orders receive a unique transaction reference code. Once confirmed by execution servers, orders cannot be cancelled. The Company assumes no responsibility for transactions that do not generate an official confirmation record in the account ledger.
15. Server records serve as the definitive benchmark for transaction timing, market rates, and account balances. Inquiries regarding execution details must be submitted to support within 12 hours of transaction settlement to ensure review.
16. The Company reserves the right to correct execution errors resulting from technical anomalies or software glitches. If pricing errors occur due to system faults, affected transactions may be adjusted or voided with original capital refunded. Users are expected to report software glitches promptly and refrain from exploiting system anomalies.
17. For account inquiries or formal concerns, clients should reach out directly to customer support via official channels. Platform content, communications, and updates are provided for general information and should not be construed as individualized financial advice.
18. All market data, operational content, and analytical tools hosted on this platform are proprietary. Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data without prior written authorization.
19. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust platform features, available financial assets, trading limits, or operational rules as necessary. Updates to these terms apply prospectively from the date of publication.
20. Should any section of these terms be deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The English version of these terms serves as the primary legal text.
21. Standard management and execution fees may apply based on the specific software modules or automated strategies selected for your account.
22. Deposits are processed upon confirmation. Account balances do not accrue interest and must not be used as generic bank deposits. Inactive accounts with zero balances for 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure. Extended account inactivity exceeding 36 months may incur standard maintenance fees until trading resumes or funds are withdrawn.
23. Standard performance management fees apply to realized returns in accordance with selected account tiers before processing final payouts.
24. Clients may maintain only one active profile. Duplicate accounts or accounts funded via third-party instruments are subject to suspension or cancellation. Employees and direct affiliates of the Company are prohibited from holding personal accounts on the platform.
25. Clients may request account closure at any time, provided all open positions are settled and compliance requirements are completed. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional events and special features.
26. Official notifications sent to the email address registered on your account will be considered delivered upon transmission.
27. Account opening is contingent upon the following conditions:

• You have fully reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions;
• You have reviewed our Privacy Policy and consent to the management of your data;
• You meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years of age, or 21 where required by local law);
• You possess adequate understanding of financial markets to evaluate investment risks independently.
